AI Enablement

AI Enablement for Investment Firms

Smarter work, faster service, and AI use that holds up to regulators and investors.

What is AI enablement?

AI enablement is Triada Networks’ service for helping hedge funds, private equity firms, and wealth management firms adopt AI safely and productively. We help you choose and roll out AI tools, automate repetitive work, and build the AI-powered assistants and workflows that fit how your firm operates.

Just as important, we put the governance in place: acceptable use policies, data controls, and security reviews, so your use of AI holds up to the SEC, your investors, and your own risk standards. AI enablement is scoped separately from our managed IT plans.

How AI can help your firm

Automate repetitive work

Find the recurring tasks that eat your team's week, such as document review, data gathering, and routine reporting, and automate them with tools your staff can trust.

Turn data into decisions

Use AI to summarize research, surface trends, and turn complex data into clear insights that support your investment and operating decisions.

Faster, more personal client service

Deploy assistants and chatbots that give investors, clients, and staff quick, accurate answers, with humans in the loop for anything sensitive.

AI agents and custom automations

For firms ready to go further, build AI-powered agents and custom automations that connect your systems and remove bottlenecks, mapped to how your firm actually works.

AI governance built in from the start

AI governance is among the SEC’s 2026 examination priorities, and investors now ask how firms control the AI tools their staff use. We help you answer those questions with evidence:

  • An AI acceptable use policy that names approved tools, the data each may use, and how AI-assisted work is reviewed
  • Identity, access, and data controls so AI tools see only what they should
  • Discovery of unapproved AI use (shadow AI) across your environment
  • Security review of AI agents and integrations before they reach production
  • Staff training on safe, effective use of AI tools

Your firm adopts and enforces its AI policies and decides which data may be used with AI tools, as described in our Customer Responsibilities. We help you write them, put the controls in place, and keep them current.

  • AI governance is among the SEC’s 2026 examination priorities, alongside cybersecurity, operational resiliency, and vendor oversight. Examiners and investors increasingly ask how firms control which AI tools staff use, what data those tools can see, and how AI-generated work is reviewed before it influences decisions.
